1. Using the platform

B2BMusic provides access to live streams, premium replays, artist booking slots, comments, tipping, VIP layers, notifications, and listener membership features across the website and app.

2. Accounts

Users can create listener or artist accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens through your account.

3. Artist bookings

Available schedule slots may be booked by artist accounts while they remain open. Booking a slot does not guarantee ongoing availability until the booking flow has completed successfully.

4. Payments

Tipping, membership access, and booking-related payments are processed through Stripe. Checkout terms, payment authorisation, and wallet availability are also subject to Stripe and your payment provider.

5. Comments and user content

Users must not post abusive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content in comments or artist-facing areas. B2BMusic may remove content or restrict access if content damages the platform or its users.

6. Membership access

Paid listener access unlocks replay, archive, VIP, notification, and other premium features described on the platform at the time of purchase. Access levels, pricing, and included content may change over time.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website, app, and live streams available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times. Features may be updated, paused, or removed as the platform grows.

8. Intellectual property

B2BMusic branding, platform design, and original platform content remain the property of B2BMusic unless clearly stated otherwise. Artists remain responsible for the rights to the material they upload or perform.
